With 15 years of experience in trademark administration, Michelle possesses a deep understanding of the trademark life cycle. She prides herself in her ability to foster strong relationships with both the practitioners and internal services team members.
In her day-to-day role, Michelle leads Smart & Biggar’s trademark team across all our offices. She supports team members in their professional growth and development while simultaneously managing handling and resolving workflow issues and implementing new processes and procedures. Michelle plays a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating effective communication between clients and our lawyers and agents, ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met seamlessly.
Michelle is renowned for her ability to challenge the status quo and is dedicated to identifying inefficiencies, training gaps and operational issues. She thrives under pressure and embraces challenges without hesitation.
