Shaivi's practice focuses on general IP Matters, patents, artificial intelligence, cleantech, electrical & computer technology, industrial designs, mechanical & industrial processes, medical devices and Nanotechnology. Her practice also includes advising on intellectual property portfolio management, valuation of IP and strategy, as well as providing opinions relating to patentability, infringement and validity.
Shaivi was previously part of a solar-cell research lab and worked in various industries, including plastics manufacturing and engineering consulting. She advised clients of all sizes, from large companies to independent inventors, incubators and start-ups, on all areas of patent-related services from patentability searches, patent drafting, prosecution and maintenance of patents.
