Charles graduated from the Juris Doctor program at the University of Western Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science, with a specialization in Electrical and Computer Engineering, from the University of Toronto.
Charles is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. Prior to enrolling in law school, Charles worked as an electrical engineer at an international engineering consulting firm, specializing on the design of power distribution and communication systems for large scale rail, infrastructure, and building projects.
