Smart & Biggar team members across Canada meet in Vancouver for IPIC 92nd Annual Conference

Steven Garland, Smart & Biggar’s managing partner, will be on hand to participate in a special presentation of the ‘Top SCC IP Cases of All Time” on the evening of October 12.
Also receiving special recognition at the conference, associate Jamie Lynn Kraft will be awarded the Educational Foundation Award at the conference gala for receiving the highest mark, nationwide, in the Trademark Agent Qualifying Examination.
