Smart & Biggar joins IP leaders at the AIPLA Annual Meeting 2023 in Washington

Six Smart & Biggar team members from across Canada will represent the firm at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting, from October 19-21, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.

Smart & Biggar’s Managing Director Matthew Zischka, Principals Daphne Lainson, Stephen Martin, Mark Sajewycz, David Schwartz, and Patent Agent Marco Clementoni will attend to participate in sharing ideas, strategies and experience with global IP leaders. In the company of over 1,000 IP practitioners attending, conference delegates will review legal updates and rules that impact their practices, learn from leading practitioners in intellectual property and participate in practical and applicable educational programming.
