Mark Evans named Canada’s “Outstanding Practitioner of the Year: Trademarks” by Managing Intellectual Property
Smart & Biggar is proud to announce Mark Evans, Toronto managing partner, was named Canada’s “Outstanding Practitioner of the Year: Trademarks” by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) as part of the 2020 Americas Awards revealed on March 26th.
With more than 30 years of experience Mark is a seasoned trademark lawyer with significant experience in all aspects of trademark law and the branding life cycle.
Also a highly respected litigator, Mark has an impressive record of success in numerous high-profile, precedent-setting trademark cases.
Mark represents and assists many of the world's most famous brand owners and personalities, who seek him out for his sophisticated expertise in trademark protection, management, and counselling services to help them strategically build and protect the value of their brands.
