Jean-Sébastien Dupont is an accomplished IP litigator and leader of the firm’s litigation team. Graham Hood is a seasoned IP litigator and leader of the firm’s trademarks team. Graham's litigation practice covers both the Federal and the provincial courts and extends to actions and summary applications for passing off, trademark and trade dress infringement, depreciation of goodwill and the importation, distribution, marketing and sale of counterfeit goods. His most notable work includes successfully representing clients in trademark infringement matters across multiple industries, including direct selling and consumer packaged goods (Pampered Chef), food and beverage (Grupo Bimbo and Lindt), consumer electronics (Nintendo) and restaurant services (Osmow’s Grill).
