IP litigator combines understanding of law and economics
Brandon brings a sharp, analytical perspective and broad understanding of law and economics to his IP litigation practice. He is involved in all aspects of litigation, including drafting court documents and appearing on behalf of clients to protect and defend valuable patents, largely for multinational pharmaceutical companies.
During his legal studies, Brandon acted as a Senior Editor for the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law Review, participated in the Fox IP Moot, and received the Laskin Prize in Constitutional Law. He earned numerous scholarships and awards during his undergraduate and graduate studies.
